Design and control of micro-robot system in dynamic environment

Intravascular hemostasis is achieved using micro-nanorobots with ultrasonic propulsion. Ultrasonic propulsion micro-nano robot is a kind of micro-nano motor driven by ultrasonic wave, which has the advantages of no battery, no chemical reaction, no magnetic field, can move autonomously in the blood vessels, and modify thrombin or other hemostatic agents on the surface to achieve rapid hemostasis to the bleeding site. Ultrasonic propulsion micro-nanorobot based on magnesium / ferrite / polystyrene sulfate nanocomposite to achieve effective hemostasis of arterial and venous bleeding in mice and pigs by surface-modified thrombin. Targeted therapy of tumor by using a magnetized spiral micro-nano robot. Magnetron spiral micro-nano robot is a micro-nano motor driven by external magnetic field, with good biocompatibility, efficient motion ability and controllable navigation performance, it can deliver payloads such as drugs or genes to tumor sites, enhance therapeutic effect and reduce side effects. A magnetically controlled spiral-shaped nanorobot based on ferrite / polylactate-polyethylene glycol nanocomposite enables targeted therapy for breast cancer cells by surface-modifying folic acid and loading doxorubicin.
